How it works

We collect, wash off site, and deliver back — you never have to move the rug yourself

Moving on orders?

Rugs are best cleaned before they are packed, not after they arrive. Stretch film is a vapour barrier, so anything wrapped even slightly damp cannot dry in a container. Tell us your pack-out date in the form and we will work back from it, and if you are already deployed we can collect through whoever holds a key.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by tidal water, storm water or a leak?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
